Services
I provide telehealth services to patients residing in Colorado state. My clinical expertise is in women's health including mood and hormonal conditions, fertility and post-partum mood support. I commonly treat PMS, PMDD, post-partum mood disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, infertility and menopause. I also enjoy working with people on environmental medicine, especially, how it pertains to fertility and auto-immunity, and a variety of gastrointestinal and skin conditions. I also love working with children above age 2 on atopic issues like eczema, allergies and asthma, as well as digestive, and behavioral health issues. Book a discovery call to learn more.

I provide educational health consults to clients around the world through Maven Clinic. Check with your employer to see if Maven is a benefit, or visit their website to look into self-pay options.
Service Offerings
Comprehensive Naturopathic Medicine
Comprehensive naturoapthic medicine plans starts with an Initial intake visit. In this visit we review your medical history, and do a thorough intake. I send over personalized support protocol including recommendations for nutrition, mindfulness, lifestyle, herbal and nutrient therapies. I also order both regular labs and functional labs and make referrals as necessary. A 2 week check in call is included with the intake visit. Follow ups are recommended every 6 weeks or so for 6-8 months. Available only for residents of Colorado.
Flower Essence Therapy
Flower essences are vibrational medicines that help to soften and change maladaptive emotional patterns for good. In this visit type we discuss feeling that are limiting and I send over recommendations for a custom flower, gem and or environmental essence blend best suited towards your healing and growth. Follow ups are typically recommended after 4-6 weeks, but many have results and find they are no longer needing support, but may come back when life transitions cause the next set of emotional challenges. Flower essences are great for children and are safe in pregnancy and nursing. These are the closet things to magic potions I have found and the effects can be truly life changing.
Rubimed Therapy
Rubimed Psychosomatic Energetics are a system of combination homeoapthic remedies that work to balance energy within our human energy fields. They help regulate the autonomic nervous system and are great for anyone with dysautonomia or mental health issues like depression, anxiety or ADD. The system also includes chakra and emotional conflict blends that help us work through limiting emotional and behavioral patterns that are holding us back. This system has truly changed my life and I am happy to offer it to my patients who feel drawn to it.
